We are recruiting for a reputable organisation based in Windsor, Berkshire
Due to an increase in digital business they are seeking an administration assistant to join their growing team.
This a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for their first office based role within a commercial environment.
Working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday on a daytime shift basis although core hours are currently 9-5.30
The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, be Microsoft office proficient, professional, loyal and able to get to Windsor easily by public transport.
Main duties of the Admin Assistant role are
- Process prescriptions through to nominated pharmacies with a quick SLA turn around.
- Produce payment links for members through WorldPay System.
- Support in general administrative duties across apps/brands
- Provide an efficient, friendly, and professional service to all customers, clients & colleagues.
- Processing data from multiple locations onto relevant internal trackers
This role will initially be based from home due to Covid 19 with adhoc requirements to go into the office.
